What IS Hollister?

Some people say "hellister"... why? I may know... but still trying to figure this out. Every time I go out to eat I end up in Gilroy.. Why? Word of wisdom: If you like sushi, dont move to Hollister. However.. one very cool thing: the history in Hollister. Check out this site.. it explains it all.

    If you prefer the mundaine, here is the "official" hollister website. What it doesn't refer to is all the political shenagians that go on in our city hall but then that is what the Pinnacle newspaper is for!
